Shipping and handeling charges are figured on 15% of the total purchase price with a minimum charge of $12. All shipments are professionally packed and fully insured through UPS.
Packing charges are necessary to ensure your orders arrive intact. Work will be shipped out in 1-4 business days via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. For an additional charge, your order can be expedited. Orders with P.O. boxes will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. International shipping will not be visible on the internet invoice, but will be charged. The international customer will be contacted for approval, prior to shipping the merchandise. We reserve the right to adjust your on-line invoice based on final shipping costs incurred.
Returns on un-used pottery may be exchanged for other work of same value within 30 days of original invoice date of purchase. Return postage is not refundable. Please contact us via email for return authorization and shipping instructions. Ultimately, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
